Brand Marketing Manager

Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to champion our brand’s mission and drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and brings a strong understanding of brand storytelling and campaign execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, managing full-funnel campaigns, and delivering compelling brand experiences across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Storytelling & Positioning

  • Champion the brand’s mission, values, and positioning to elevate awareness and drive business growth
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Support external messaging and positioning for go-to-market execution of new features and launches

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across awareness, consideration, and engagement stages—both in-app and across external platforms
  • Manage campaign workflows, including timelines, creative trafficking, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery

Measurement & Optimization

  • Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and brand health
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to inform future activations and strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and activation plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies to execute brand initiatives and creative development

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing or brand management
  • Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies and full-funnel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience in end-to-end brand management within tech or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries
  • Familiarity with the creative development process and working with creators/influencers
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, music, and culture

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract - 8 Month Position

Expected hours: 40 per week
