Global Digital Merchandising Manager
Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Global Digital Merchandising Manager to join our Global Digital Channel Experiences team. This role is pivotal in supporting the launch of new products, product refreshes, and merchandising initiatives that drive shopper engagement and business performance across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ecommerce merchandising, asset development, and cross-functional project management. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with regional enablement, channel enablement, retail creative, category, and sales analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of digital merchandising programs for new product launches, refreshes, and seasonal initiatives
- Develop and manage scalable experiential merchandising strategies that enhance shopper engagement and drive conversion
- Oversee the creation, deployment, and optimization of digital assets including banners, product detail pages, video content, and new feature implementations
- Partner cross-functionally with regional and channel enablement teams, retail creative, category leads, and analytics to align on goals and deliverables
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising programs across third-party retail platforms
- Maintain high standards of asset quality and consistency across global digital channels
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, category management, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and implementing process enhancements
- Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated success in building and sustaining cross-functional relationships across merchandising, marketing, and business teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse internal and external audiences
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in asset management tools and familiarity with various asset types and specifications
- Experience working with online third-party retail platforms and understanding their merchandising requirements

Location: Remote (preferred for onsite in NYC or Burlingame)
Role type: Contract - 7 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
