This role demands a dynamic, results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating technical product features into compelling proof points that support broader company narratives. While not a technical role, it requires a deep understanding of product architecture and the ability to distill technical concepts into persuasive messaging. A data-driven mindset, strong quantitative reasoning, and the ability to synthesize qualitative insights are essential to building consensus and driving impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute testing plans for outbound campaigns tailored to policy-focused audiences
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate closely with partners across Marketing, Product, Insights, Data Science, Policy, and Communications
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling proof points that reinforce company narratives
  • Use data and insights to inform positioning, refine strategy, and guide decision-making
  • Synthesize feedback from multiple sources to build alignment and drive consensus across teams
  • Operate independently and effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within large, technical organizations
  • Proven ability to leverage insights and data to shape product positioning and marketing strategy
  • Extensive experience influencing and partnering with Product Management, Partnerships, Communications, Policy, and executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior leadership
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of thriving in dynamic, high-pressure settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and disciplines
  • Experience in public affairs or policy-related marketing is a strong plus

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic, data-driven marketer with a passion for impactful storytelling
  • Independent self-starter who excels at building consensus and driving results
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Comfortable diving into technical product details to inform marketing strategy
  • Adaptable and resilient in navigating ambiguity and change
