Project Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to provide essential support to project managers and cross-functional teams. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring resources are efficiently allocated, schedules are maintained, and project deliverables are completed on time and to specification. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor master schedules and work orders, establish priorities, and adjust timelines based on project requirements, resource availability, and specifications
- Participate in client and team meetings to track progress, identify follow-up actions, and ensure alignment on deliverables
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, time entry, and expense reporting
- Compile and distribute progress reports, downtime summaries, and performance updates to project stakeholders
- Support project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities under pressure
- Adaptability to ambiguity and evolving project requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related fields preferred

Location: Remote (PST preferred, must be located in the United States)
Role type: Contract - 9 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
