Marketing Operations Manager III
Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive business growth and brand visibility. This role involves researching and developing market opportunities, creating strategic marketing plans, implementing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans by contributing insights and recommendations to broader business strategies.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing productivity, quality, and customer service standards, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities by analyzing consumer needs, competitor positioning, and industry trends to establish targeted market share.
- Enhance product marketability and profitability through research, packaging improvements, and coordination of new product development initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data and trends.
- Support the organization’s mission by delivering results across marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing management, with a track record of leading teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Role type: Contract - 3 Month Position
