About the Role

Our client is seeking a Creative Production Manager to oversee studio operations, coordinate resources, and drive process improvements that enable efficient and scalable production workflows. This role is central to managing the day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, contingent/freelance talent, and external clients.

As a client-facing leader, you will manage studio slot bookings, optimize resource allocation, and implement processes that maximize creative output and impact. You will serve as a key liaison between studio services and internal/external partners, ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations

  • Oversee all aspects of studio management, ensuring smooth daily operations and a productive creative environment.
  • Manage studio slot bookings, balancing client requirements, in-house resources, and contingent talent to optimize utilization.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Client-Facing Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless studio experience.
  • Lead task management, partner communications, and program coordination/tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to align briefs with available resources and schedules.
  • Drive client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Resource Management

  • Coordinate allocation of in-house and contingent talent, matching skills to projects for maximum impact.
  • Partner with coordinators and freelance teams to manage handoffs and scheduling.
  • Onboard new tools and vendors, with a focus on AI-driven solutions that enhance agility and scalability.

Process Development & Optimization

  • Design, implement, and refine studio processes, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across operations.
  • Develop toolkits and resources to support production teams and align with strategic objectives.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on studio utilization, slot bookings, and operational performance.
  • Communicate updates and insights clearly to internal teams and clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in studio management, creative production, or similar operational roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to optimize processes and manage complex schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships.
  • Experience coordinating resources across multiple sites or regions.
  • Ability to design and implement effective operational processes in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with studio booking systems and production management tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, creative production, and agency operations.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and process innovation.
  • Experience managing both in-house and freelance/contract resources.
