Project Operations Coordinator

Summary

Project Coordinators serve as the day‑to‑day operational point of contact for projects within our portfolio. They manage workflow, documentation, and execution details, enabling Project Managers to focus on strategic initiatives and cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution with guidance and support from Project Managers (PjMs).
  • Attend weekly business reviews with vendors, prepare documentation, and occasionally lead these calls.
  • Drive the development of project guidelines, validating inputs with PjMs and cross‑functional product partners.
  • Conduct or review root cause analyses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
  • Cascade quality issues upstream and downstream to maintain alignment and calibration across project teams.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks, escalating to PjMs when needed.
  • Advise teams on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
  • Partner with Project Managers to standardize training and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor rater performance and ensure consistency.
  • Work effectively with vendors across multiple time zones.
  • Make informed decisions that balance impact, tradeoffs, and ambiguity in complex project environments.
  • Assist in scoping project requirements, including staffing needs, with PjM support.
  • Support additional tasks as needed to drive overall program excellence.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business‑related field.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 3 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
