Marketing Coordinator - Partner Enablement
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and self‑directed Marketing Coordinator to join our North America Partner Enablement team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and measurement of channel marketing programs that engage consumers both online and in‑store. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high‑impact retail initiatives, ensure partner needs are met, and help drive key business KPIs in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, enjoys working with retailer partners, and understands how to influence the customer journey across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategies and tactical execution aligned with business objectives
- Manage and track marketing budgets to achieve KPIs and program goals
- Oversee day‑to‑day account activities in partnership with account marketing counterparts
- Execute and report on channel marketing activities, campaigns, and retail events
- Aggregate cross‑functional inputs—from visual merchandising to field services—to provide a holistic view of account performance
- Manage creative asset requirements and ensure timely delivery that meets brand and technical specifications
- Route creative assets between internal and external teams for review, approval, and final handoff
- Provide weekly reporting on Partner Enablement activities, performance, and insights
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to launch products and promotions across online and in‑store channels
- Apply strong knowledge of channel marketing and retail best practices to drive program success
- Demonstrate value to internal and external partners by sharing expertise on product features and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience in channel marketing, marketing project management, or a related marketing discipline
- Strong understanding of the consumer electronics market, including industry trends and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to manage collaborative workloads and meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and GSuite applications

Role type: Contract 8 Month Position
