About the Team
The Product Experiences team brings consumer hardware and software to life through immersive demonstrations, experiential activations, and high‑impact events. The team creates memorable, hands‑on experiences that help audiences understand, engage with, and advocate for emerging technologies. This role sits within a global experiential and industry marketing organization and supports a wide range of internal and external initiatives.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail‑oriented Event Manager V to lead, execute, and support complex experiential programs, product demonstrations, and large‑scale events. This role requires a blend of creative production expertise, operational excellence, and cross‑functional leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and brings a strong background in event production, experiential marketing, and emerging technology.
This is an onsite role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Burlingame, CA or New York, NY office, with frequent travel for event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Experience Production

Lead and support the execution of high‑visibility events, activations, and product demonstrations.

Design, develop, and scale product experience programs for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide creative production and logistics expertise, including demo design, staffing, technical setup, and on‑site support.

Manage end‑to‑end production workflows, ensuring seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with marketing, product, engineering, and creative teams to align on goals, requirements, and execution plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Support the development of scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
Vendor & Budget Management

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.

Oversee production budgets, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and cost‑effective execution.
Measurement & Reporting

Establish and support measurement frameworks for experiential programs.

Lead post‑event reporting, data collection, and insights generation to inform future strategy.
Travel
-
Travel 30–50% of the time to support domestic and international events, including major industry conferences, partner activations, and company‑hosted experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
-
5+ years of client‑facing experience in event management, experiential production, or creative agency environments.

Proven experience coordinating both virtual and in‑person events.

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with experience navigating complex organizational structures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.

Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, production budgets, and large‑scale event logistics.

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support event‑related metrics and reporting.

Ability to exercise sound judgment, operate independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, wearables, VR/AR, or other consumer hardware.

Level‑1 technical troubleshooting skills for devices used in demos or experiential activations.

Experience working within large, matrixed, global organizations.

Hands‑on experience supporting product integrations within experiential environments.
