Project Coordinator - Data Operations
Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of client and internal projects by managing administrative workflows, tracking progress against deadlines, coordinating schedules, and ensuring clear communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administration
- Assist in coordinating project schedules, meetings, and timelines.
- Track deadlines and ensure all deliverables remain on schedule.
- Monitor team progress and flag risks or delays as needed.
- Support client‑facing activities, including communication and follow‑up.
- Prepare project documentation, status updates, and planning materials.
- Attend project‑related meetings and capture action items and next steps.
Program & Operational Support
- Manage capacity planning and resource tracking across workstreams.
- Support vendor coordination and communication.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues within internal tools or workflows.
- Maintain precise, structured communication with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance project efficiency and quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in project coordination or program support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with data annotation workflows or operations.
- Demonstrated ability to track multiple workstreams and manage detailed project information.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and an interest in learning new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL queries.
- Background in data annotation organizations or workflows.
- Exposure to prompt engineering or AI‑related tooling.
Typical Day in the Role
A typical day includes a blend of capacity planning, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and issue resolution within internal tools. The Project Coordinator will track program metrics, support operational workflows, communicate updates to leadership, and ensure all project activities remain aligned with timelines and expectations.
Location: Remote (EST preferred, must be located in the United States)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
