  • Conduct initial risk assessments on stakeholder requests and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

AI‑Enabled Documentation Workflows

  • Use approved AI tools to accelerate drafting, editing, and quality checks while maintaining human oversight for accuracy.
  • Generate first‑draft SOPs, templates, summaries, and documentation using structured prompts and refine with SME input.
  • Improve clarity, consistency, and accessibility of documents using AI‑assisted editing.
  • Maintain documentation hygiene by identifying outdated, redundant, or unclear content.
  • Enhance knowledge‑management discoverability through clear titles, TL;DRs, structured formatting, and defined terminology.

Project Documentation & Editorial Leadership

  • Own the creation, refinement, and timely delivery of all project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain templates, slide decks, and structured documentation frameworks.
  • Facilitate asynchronous and synchronous review cycles using collaborative editing tools.
  • Lead virtual document‑review sessions to drive alignment and secure sign‑off.
  • Compile analytical reports summarizing security gaps, operational insights, and project progress.
  • Ensure clarity, structure, and precision in all written materials, including executive‑ready presentations.

  • Review technical initiatives to identify confidentiality or security risks and translate findings into clear guidance.
  • Collaborate across engineering, research, and operational teams to promote alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop internal training materials, learning resources, and documentation for diverse audiences.

Strategic Communications & Meeting Management

  • Support and occasionally lead business updates, roundtables, and team meetings.
  • Represent the team in cross‑functional discussions, capturing decisions, action items, and follow‑through requirements.

Program Management & Performance Tracking

  • Partner with leadership to define short‑ and long‑term program objectives.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure program health, documentation quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce rework, improve clarity, and streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in business, social sciences, communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, technical writing, content operations, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience producing technical, procedural, or executive‑level documentation.
