Technical Product Operations Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Technical Product Operations Specialists to support product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong technical acumen with operational rigor, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to independently drive program execution from start to finish.
You will work on initiatives that improve product quality, accelerate execution, and enhance user and business outcomes. This includes building analytical solutions, leveraging AI‑assisted workflows, and developing programmatic improvements that scale.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Product Operations
- Support execution strategies across multiple products and platforms, including 0‑to‑1 initiatives and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve product outcomes through programmatic, operational, and technical solutions.
- Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate updates clearly to cross‑functional partners.
Data Analysis & Technical Tooling
- Write advanced SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations) to collect, transform, and analyze product data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions and operational improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Google Sheets, internal BI tools) to support real‑time decision‑making.
AI‑Assisted Workflows
- Use AI agents and AI‑assisted tools to accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
- Apply prompt‑driven workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Strengthen relationships with engineering, product, legal, and operational teams.
- Communicate findings, rationale, and recommendations with clarity and precision.
- Support technical specifications, requirements gathering, and quality‑focused workflows.
Program Management
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong organizational discipline.
- Drive execution independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain detailed documentation, process clarity, and operational consistency.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management with a focus on technical product operations.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, joins, and data transformations.
- Experience using AI agents and AI‑assisted workflows to accelerate analysis and operations.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, automated workflows).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking and data‑driven problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tools and domains.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
- Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code prototyping or AI‑assisted code generation.
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Unidash‑style tools).
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure concepts.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical requirements.
- Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.
- Experience developing and implementing manual or automated test strategies.

Location: Remote (United States)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
