AI Implementation Specialist
Overview
We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to design, build, and deploy AI powered solutions that automate operational workflows and improve efficiency. This role focuses on developing AI agent capabilities, creating structured context frameworks, and enabling orchestration of skills across multiple workflows. This position blends solution design, hands on implementation, and system optimization. The ideal candidate is highly technical, highly organized, and comfortable building in fast moving environments where clarity is created through execution. Success in this role is measured by the quality, reliability, maintainability, and adoption of AI solutions delivered.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
• Design and build AI powered solutions that automate business and operational workflows
• Translate requirements into functional AI implementations
• Iterate on solutions based on performance, feedback, and evolving needs
AI Skill Development
• Build modular AI agent skills that perform specific tasks within workflows
• Maintain and improve reusable capabilities that can be applied across multiple use cases
• Ensure consistency and reliability of skill performance
Context Framework Development
• Create and maintain structured context files that support AI agent behavior and accuracy
• Develop and manage documentation that provides operational guidance and system understanding
• Ensure information used by AI systems remains current and structured
Orchestration and Workflow Design
• Connect multiple AI skills into coordinated workflows that solve complex tasks
• Design logic for how skills interact and pass information between steps
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce manual effort
Testing and Validation
• Define acceptance criteria for AI solutions
• Test outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and refine solutions to meet performance expectations
Documentation and Enablement
• Document skills, context structures, and workflow patterns
• Create reusable standards and templates to support adoption
• Share knowledge to support team understanding and usage
Collaboration and Discovery
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation
• Translate operational needs into structured AI solutions
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly
Required Qualifications
• Experience building AI solutions, automations, or agent based systems
• Experience with prompt engineering and large language model systems
• Ability to create and maintain structured files such as JSON, YAML, and Markdown
• Strong problem solving skills and a builder mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver across concurrent workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in fast moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Python
• Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools
• Familiarity with command line tools and terminal based workflows
• Experience working in large technology environments

Location: Remote
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
