  • Manage launch readiness across multiple international markets simultaneously, including certification timelines, regulatory pathways, localization, supply readiness, and retail readiness

  • Partner with research, insights, and data science teams to use customer, category, channel, and market insights to inform GTM decisions

  • Drive post launch growth across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention

  • Experience using customer research, market insights, and data to inform GTM strategy, positioning, and business decisions

  • Strong program management skills with exceptional organization and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Ability to make strategic decisions and move programs forward in ambiguous, fast changing environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
