Position Overview

As our Acquisitions Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of the acquisitions workflow. You’ll help onboard seller partners, track and organize property details, update our Marketplace, and support both internal teams and clients along the way. If you love structure, clarity, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update underwriting reference data across markets, including lender rate sheets, tax millage rates, insurance estimates, appraised/assessed value tools, and property manager fee schedules.
  • Manage and update VLOOKUP reference tables and maintain data accuracy.
  • Track and organize seller leads from the Seller Landing Page and schedule follow-ups for the Acquisitions Director.
  • Send and review inventory submission forms, ensuring completeness before underwriting begins.

  • Coordinate DocuSign agreement execution and store signed documents in the correct Google Drive folders.

  • Onboard new sellers into Marketplace, including account setup, portal access activation, and contact record creation.

  • Provide basic seller support, assisting with login issues, access changes, and platform navigation.

  • Collect, name, and file seller documentation following established naming conventions and attach to corresponding Marketplace property records.

  • Maintain accurate property listings in Marketplace by uploading property details, images, documentation, and acquisition notes; escalate discrepancies when needed.

  • Monitor client resale submissions and route completed submissions to the Acquisitions Director for review.

  • Coordinate with Property Managers to request rental comps, confirm onboarding capacity, and support Proforma validation.

  • Provide Level 1 customer service support to internal teams and investors, escalating advanced or complex issues to the Acquisitions Director.

  • Share updated active inventory lists with the Marketing team to support promotional and property-focused campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in process-driven operations or coordination roles, ideally in real estate, property management, acquisitions, or similar industries.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain orderly digital records and workflows.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Sheets, Drive, and Forms; comfortable working with formulas and structured tables.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time and tasks independently.

  • Strong written and email communication, able to convey information clearly and professionally to both internal teams and external partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow established processes, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay organized across multiple ongoing tasks and shifting priorities.

Additional Requirements

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
