About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Manager & Copywriter to lead the development and execution of our content strategy across digital channels. This dual role requires fluency in both Georgian and English and a demonstrated ability to produce grammatically accurate, engaging, and stylistically adaptable content ranging from catchy and creative to clear and informative.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full content lifecycle, from strategic planning and ideation through to creation, publication, and performance analysis. This position requires close collaboration with designers, advertisers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all written content consistently reflects the company’s brand identity, aligns with visual assets, and supports broader campaign objectives.

General  Duties/Responsibilities:

Create compelling, grammatically perfect copy in multiple languages( Ge & En)  that can adapt to three distinct styles: catchy, creative, and informative
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar/strategy for all digital touchpoints, ensuring timely publication and strategic content distribution
Project manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to publication
Create detailed creative briefs for designers that clearly communicate objectives, specifications, and brand requirements
Work closely with designers and advertisers to ensure alignment between copy, visuals, and campaign objectives
Monitor content performance metrics and use data to refine content strategy
Maintain content management systems and digital asset libraries


Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in content management and copywriting. 
Exceptional writing and editing skills with proven grammatical proficiency in multiple languages 
Demonstrated experience creating content calendars and managing multiple content projects simultaneously
Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in writing styles (catchy, creative, and informative)
Experience writing for social media platforms and understanding platform-specific requirements
Project management experience, particularly in creative environments
Knowledge of the tech/software industry is desired
Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visual concepts and LinkedIn post captions
Write compelling, on-brand copy for Google Ads campaigns
Upload, format, and manage website content, ensuring brand and SEO alignment
Write and edit on-page content, meta tags, and calls to action for search engine visibility
Regularly audit website content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Stay up-to-date with content and platform best practices for LinkedIn, Google Ads, and SEO
