About You:
We are seeking a data-driven Senior Digital Advertiser to join our marketing team on a part-time or contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising strategies across key social media platforms, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
This role requires expertise in digital advertising, budget management, market analysis, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is a performance marketer with deep experience in audience targeting, ad platform execution, and SEO, someone who takes initiative, manages their own projects effectively, and consistently delivers measurable results using key digital advertising tools and analytics platforms.
You’ll play an important role in driving growth through data-informed decision making and strategic channel development, while delivering actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Plan and manage advertising budgets across multiple channels and markets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI
Monitor, analyze, and report on advertising performance using advanced analytics tools
Provide detailed reporting with actionable insights to stakeholder on campaign performance
Recommend data-backed improvements to visual assets and copy based on performance metrics
Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, and audience targeting to continuously optimize performance
Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging social media advertising trends
Identify new opportunities for audience expansion and platform diversification
Design and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences
Create custom audiences using internal and external data sources to drive qualified leads
Optimize on-site SEO to support both paid and organic acquisition goals
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)
Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and associated tracking frameworks
Build and maintain data dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) to visualize campaign performance and business KPIs
Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align messaging and funnel strategy
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital advertising with proven expertise in social media advertising, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B environment
Demonstrated success managing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms, targeting capabilities, and best practices
Experience with advertising budget management and allocation across multiple channels
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategic decisions
Strong understanding of digital ad campaign lifecycle—from audience targeting to conversion tracking
Proven ability to implement and manage Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for campaign reporting
Familiarity with on-site SEO strategies and technical optimization
Ability to draw insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations
Preferably has experience in B2B marketing
