Software Engineer (Lead, .NET + FE, BE focused)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team and ensure effective task allocation and workload management.
• Organize and facilitate code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Promote and enforce best practices in software development (coding standards, testing, documentation).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Support team members through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the design and development of scalable, maintainable solutions.

 

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial experience with .NET development.
• Hands-on commercial experience with React.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in task distribution and team coordination.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code and unit tests.
• Solid understanding of software development processes (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, code review, CI/CD).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

 

Nice to have:

• Experience with solution architecture and system design.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization and application security.
• Background in mentoring or growing junior developers.
