Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system administration / operations
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Strong knowledge of Linux
• Advanced experience with AWS and cloud technologies
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, scripting (Bash/Python), monitoring systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Git
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and information security standards
• English proficiency for client communication

Responsibilities

• Lead Support and Helpdesk teams across Tbilisi and Yerevan
• Ensure SLA compliance and drive continuous process improvement
• Conduct postmortems and manage escalations, including security incidents
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews (IPRs, IDPs)
• Prepare project estimates for pre-sales and propose hosting cost optimizations
• Manage task assignment, schedules, and workload distribution
• Communicate with clients, resolve issues, and oversee interaction quality
• Plan department budget and verify technical/equipment expenses
