About The Role

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Director to take the lead on the development of new partnerships and further develop relationships with existing brands. This role will be at the forefront of understanding priorities of leading brands to develop strategies that ensure LineLeap’s innovative approach to connecting consumers to their brands becomes a central part of their marketing and sponsorship investments.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • New Logo Acquisition – Identify and secure new partnerships with leading beer, spirits, seltzer, and non-alcoholic beverage brands looking to grow their footprint in the nightlife and entertainment space
  • Budget Strategy – Map out how major beverage companies allocate budgets for sponsorships, marketing activations, and brand partnerships to ensure LineLeap is a key player in their strategy
  • Compelling Sales Narrative – Design and pitch custom LineLeap partnership bundles that maximize brand exposure and ROI, ensuring alignment with each brand’s marketing objectives
  • Data-Backed Selling – Leverage consumer insights and performance data to demonstrate the value of LineLeap partnerships, making it easier for brands to justify budget allocation
  • Revenue Growth – Drive new revenue by securing multi-year sponsorship commitments and expanding LineLeap’s presence in brand marketing strategies

The Other Stuff

  • Total OTE (Base + Commission) for this role is $200,000-$250,000 (commensurate with experience)

This is a remote-first position, but being located in Chicago or New York is preferred. For reference, our headquarters is based in New York, NY. Relocation costs are not covered for this role.
