About the Opportunity: 

LINK is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a high-performing, cross-functional team in support of a key client. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for the client, driving project execution from strategy through delivery while overseeing both contract and relationship management. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, and information specialists in transforming complex ideas into compelling, visual communications that create measurable business value.

This role is ideal for a strategic and creative leader who excels at blending human-centered design with client-focused solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to uncover challenges, shape strategic narratives, and implement design strategies that reflect the client’s mission and objectives. Successful candidates will bring a strong background in visual storytelling, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional team leadership to deliver impactful, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications: 

  • Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance strongly preferred.

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a consulting or federal government environment.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex, cross-functional projects.

  • Client Engagement: Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Experience in strategic communications, visual storytelling, or information design preferred.

  • Project Execution: Skilled in budget management, resource planning, and driving results.

  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices and project management tools; PMP certification and knowledge of FAR and federal acquisition processes preferred.

  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for the client, managing strategy, deliverables, communications, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Identify opportunities to drive tangible business value by conducting current-state assessments and capturing high-level customer requirements.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment to vision, scope, and expected outcomes across all phases of delivery.

  • Collaborate with strategists, design strategists, and information designers to co-create campaigns, infographics, presentations, and other visual communications.

  • Apply consulting, human-centered design, and design thinking principles to facilitate discovery sessions, visioning workshops, and client reviews.

  • Translate client goals, missions, KPIs/OKRs, and strategies into actionable plans and compelling communications.

  • Oversee project planning, agile workflows, workload delegation, and delivery timelines.

  • Ensure client work is delivered on time, on scope, on budget and to the highest standards of quality and value.

  • Manage team utilization, workload balancing, and overall project profitability.

  • Coordinate monthly invoicing, financial reporting, and project performance tracking in collaboration with team leads and business operations.

Work Schedule:

  • Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Some travel required to meet with prospects/clients, attend relevant events and conferences, and participate in LINK team events 

Salary
We’re committed to providing competitive compensation. The salary for this role is approximately $200,000, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location.
