ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic problem solver to join our Product Management team as Manager of Technical Integrations for Health Systems & Partners. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management for Healthcare Delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical integrations that connect our platform of innovative solutions with our customers' Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other health system enterprise platforms, such as IDPs, RCMs, CRMs, and more. You will be the primary technical lead for customer integrations, responsible for the entire lifecycle from initial design through successful implementation and testing. This role will deliver our best-in-class brain health platform to customers by translating clinical and operational use cases to technical integration requirements that inform care delivery, administrative, and reimbursement workflows.
This role requires a blend of customer-facing consultation, technical expertise, project management rigor and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our customers’ success. You will work closely with customers and internal teams including Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering and UX & Solution Design to align integration projects with customer requirements and user & market needs in alignment with our product growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Customer Integrations: Serve as the main technical point of contact and project manager for integrating the Linus Health platform with customer EHR systems and other enterprise software, such as document and identity management systems as well as revenue cycle and digital intake solutions.
- Design & Solutioning: Collaborate directly with customers to understand their specific EHR environment, clinical workflows, and integration requirements; design appropriate integration solutions leveraging standards like HL7 and FHIR.
- Implementation & Testing: Configure, implement, and rigorously test EHR integrations, ensuring data integrity, security, and adherence to specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase.
- Project Management: Define and manage the technical components of customer implementation projects. Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and proactively communicate status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Engineering, Product & UX) to ensure integration capabilities align with customer needs, provide feedback for product roadmap development, and refine support processes.
- Documentation & Deliverables: Create and manage essential project documentation, including integration specifications, data mapping documents, test plans, configuration guides, and project status reports.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong working knowledge of major EHR vendor systems, healthcare data exchange standards (HL7 v2.x, FHIR, SMART), and underlying technical concepts (APIs, data structures, data mapping).
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Linus Health's integration methodologies, best practices, and internal knowledge base.
About You:
Must Have’s:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare IT, digital health, health informatics, or a similar field with direct involvement in system integrations.
- Proven working knowledge of major EHR vendor applications (e.g., Epic, Oracle, Allscripts, Athenahealth, etc.) and typical clinical/operational workflows.
- Strong familiarity with healthcare data exchange methods and standards, specifically HL7 (v2.x interfaces) and FHIR (including SMART on FHIR applications).
- High degree of technical aptitude, including comfort with fundamental concepts such as APIs (REST), data structures (JSON, XML), and data mapping principles.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical projects, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk identification, and delivering results.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple integration projects concurrently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Have’s
- Experience with integration engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Cloverleaf).
- Familiar with single sign-on workflows and protocols (e.g. SAML2.0)
- Direct experience using EHR vendor developer programs or APIs (e.g., Epic Vendor Services, Oracle Partner Program, formerly Cerner CODE).
- Experience working in a high growth startup company environment.
