The Role:
The Clinical Program Specialist supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and projects by collecting and analyzing data, tracking performance, and developing recommendations to improve outcomes. This role works closely with management and stakeholders to ensure programs meet organizational goals, comply with regulations, and operate efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Program Monitoring & Evaluation: Track program performance metrics, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data; prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve program effectiveness and resource utilization
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to communicate updates, gather feedback, and resolve issues in coordination with Project Team
- Research & Policy Support: Conduct research to inform program development, policy updates, and strategic planning
- Program Manager Support:
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and risk assessments
- Support meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking
- Maintain program documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for all stakeholders
- Monitor action items assigned by the Program Manager and provide timely status updates
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare focus, business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or related work
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel and Tableau) and project management software (Gainsight and Smartsheet)
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites (estimated up to 10% travel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
