About the Role
Rapidly growing credit firms engage Lionpoint to assess their operations, provide recommendations on technology and process improvements that will enable their firms to scale, and execute on the roadmap to realize the benefits. With the growth of this practice, Lionpoint is currently hiring a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join the Technology and Operations Credit Advisory team and help to manage project execution and drive growth.
This hire will play a pivotal role in developing Lionpoint's Credit capabilities and will contribute to capability enhancement, client delivery capacity, expertise development, and business development efforts. We are currently looking for candidates with experience in leading consulting and technology delivery projects, particularly in the Credit space.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements in the Credit space, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Executive Director to develop Lionpoint's Credit capabilities and drive business development efforts.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain deep client relationships, influencing key stakeholders at all levels.
- Utilize storytelling techniques and industry experience to enhance credibility and provoke insights.

- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, with a focus on the Credit space.
- Familiarity with a wide range of credit instruments including loans (Term Loan, Revolvers, DDTL, Uni-tranche, Real Estate Debt), bonds, ABS (MBS, CMBS, CLO), equity, warrants, FX, IRS, TRS, and CDS.
- Fluency in different types of investment products and their liability nuances such as closed-ended, evergreen (40 Act), BDC, CLO, and Insurance SMA’s.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining deep client relationships
Ability to tailor key narratives that resonate with different operational groups including portfolio management, trading, deal teams, compliance, operations, finance, risk, and investor relations. - Demonstrated success in leading consulting and technology delivery projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the salary range is $150,000 to $250,000 subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, candidates will be eligible for a variable bonus.
