Marketing & Sales Intern

Job Status: Full-time; 10-week internship; Start date flexible from June onwards
Location: Hoboken, NJ (hybrid; minimum 3 days in person)

Your role

As a Marketing & Sales Intern at Lipton Teas and Infusions, you’ll support the North America Commercial and Marketing teams on key sales, brand, and in‑market initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to how iconic brands are sold, marketed, and activated across customers and channels.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Engagement, Category Management, Brand, R&D, and agencies, gaining practical experience across both commercial execution and brand-building.

Key responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Support

  • Support customer-facing selling materials, including image databases and product sell sheets
  • Assist with pricing communication, price list organization, and tracking customer outreach
  • Help build and maintain databases of customer trade agreements and contracts
  • Drive commercial inputs for cross-functional cadence routines using standard templates
  • Provide project support for Ready-To-Sell execution, including deck formatting, proofreading, and coordination of samples and materials

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Gain exposure to go‑to‑market / sell‑in storytelling by helping translate product readiness into clear customer launch and retail execution narratives in “Ready‑To” meetings
  • Build experience in digital brand execution and agency management by helping coordinate Lipton and TAZO website updates with agency partner
  • Learn how marketers support always‑on social presence by helping review content and digitize assets for organic channels
  • Conduct consumer, social, and trend research to support key brand initiatives
  • Research co-branded collaborations and share insights and recommendations

What you’ll bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong interest in Marketing, Sales, and consumer brands
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with data and presentations
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
