About the role:

Liquid I.V. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Partnerships & Activations Coordinator to support our fast-paced and growing team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Experiential Marketing this role will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations and supporting key initiatives across B2B, Retail & Community Partnerships, Field Marketing & Sampling, and Experiential Activations.

This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative position that plays a critical role in bringing campaigns, partnerships & experiential to life, ensuring seamless execution, operational alignment, and consistent performance tracking across all verticals. The ideal candidate is a strong planner and multitasker with a passion for teamwork, executional excellence, and building impactful brand moments. From maintaining timelines and coordinating team responsibilities and vendors to managing logistics, reporting, and campaign wrap-ups, this role helps bring Liquid I.V.’s partnerships and activations to life at every leve

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Administrative & Project Coordination 

  • Coordinate and track all brand and product marketing shipments with the operations team to ensure timely delivery for campaigns, partners, and events. 
  • Manage purchase order (PO) submissions, tracking, and reconciliation in partnership with the Finance and Ops teams. 
  • Own Sr. Manager meeting scheduling, agenda prep, and follow-up including distributing meeting notes, recaps, and next steps across internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Assist with calendar planning and cross-functional touchpoint coordination across the broader partnerships & activations team. 
  • Maintain partnerships & activations team SharePoint filing system, including organizing event photos, recap reports, decks, financial documents and more 
  • Assist team with management of event assets, including organization of and miscellaneous shipments to/from team storage unit and office space 

Campaign & Partnership Execution Support 

  • Support the execution of B2B, retail, and community partnerships by managing timelines, collecting assets, and tracking deliverables. 
  • Provide logistical and operational support for field marketing activations, sampling programs, and tentpole experiential moments. 
  • Assist in executing key partnerships and field programs by managing timelines, creative submissions, asset collection, and product fulfillment. 
  • Own relationships with micro partners for inbound product requests, including both pay-to-play and in-kind product donations, sharing of brand assets and overall partner comms  
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional partners to help manage end-to-end campaign workflows. 
  • Support logistics and on-the-ground needs for brand activations, pop-ups, sampling programs, and community events. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage campaign checklists, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end. 

Reporting, Insights & Optimization 

  • Support reporting and analytics across team initiatives by gathering data, pulling results, and helping build wrap reports and performance recaps. 
  • Help identify key insights and learnings to inform future programming and optimizations. 
  • Maintain and update team trackers, finance documents, and activation calendars. 
  • Support internal presentations and team updates with data pulls, visual formatting, and synthesis of insights. 
  • Track team KPIs and support the creation of internal presentations and executive summaries. 

 Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, partnerships or CPG.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.) and project management tools like Asana, Wrike or similar platforms. Confident in building decks, tracking data and supporting reporting needs. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and excited to grow with a high-performing, impact-driven team.
  • Passionate about brand storytelling, experiential marketing and the power ofstrategic partnerships and activations to build community and drive awareness
  • A collaborative-solution oriented team player with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A highly organized, adaptable and detail-obsessed individual who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong follow-through
  • A natural project manager and problem solver who thrives on structure, timelines and making things run smoothly

Work Environment:

  • This role is Hybrid

This is a Full-Time Contract role. The compensation hourly range is $23 per hour to $38 per hour. The exact hourly pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
