About the role:
Liquid I.V. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Commercial & Sales Finance team. This role will be a key contributor in enabling the decision-making process around the company’s strategic priorities and tactical action plans in maximizing revenue profitably. The successful candidate will partner with the Senior Finance Director and cross functional team members to work in agile mode on different topics, with the main objective on driving growth utilizing all levers while at the same time protecting profitability. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to translate complex financial analysis into actionable, easily digestible recommendations to business decision makers.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
- Be a finance business partner to the commercial functions, which include Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Ecommerce; along with Strategy and Project Management Office function.
- Working in agile mode assisting the Senior Finance Director on various dynamic topics, including:
- Building ad-hoc financial assessments on strategic initiatives and tactical planning that involve investment spends.
- Leading innovation financial business case, including stress-testing size-of-prize and investment requirements along with defining the right price and pack particularly on white spaces.
- Playing finance business partner role on transformation project or process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 2+ years finance experience in CPG environment (preferred)
- Motivated self-starter who sets and drives a change agenda and is solution-oriented.
- Commercial acumen and comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and management reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Holistic thinker, takes into consideration internal and external business context as well as end-to-end business processes (product development, supply chain, marketing, sales) in financial analysis.
- Ability to translate complex financial analysis into easily digested key messages to stakeholders, providing visibility to key issues and actionable recommendations to influence decision making.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work under time constraints and deadlines.

Work Environment:
- This role is Hybrid role must be available to commute to El Segundo once or twice a week.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation band for this position is $90,200 - $135,400 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
