About the role:
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Responsible for the application of project management methodologies, best practices, and standards

Development and management of projects including scoping, establishing timelines, milestones and deliverables, meetings and stage gate progression, influencing and driving accountability and results including OTIF execution.

Leadership and coordination of communication with main stakeholders, project teams and steering teams

Proactively identify, document, manage and escalate project issues and risks

Resolve project related conflicts through skilled negotiation, tact and diplomacy, where necessary becoming involved.

Conduct project reviews post key project stages and share learnings for future projects as best practice. Ensure feedback on End to End is captured and actioned

Manage day to day operational aspects of project execution and scope

Develop and manage a project tracker, generate weekly project reports, record, and maintain project documentation, and communicate progress to all stakeholders
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field required.
-
7+ years of experience in project management required; experience in CPG/FMCG/manufacturing preferred

Project Management software experience (Wrike preferred)

Expertise in leading cross-functional business process projects

Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task.

Thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.

Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

Ability to communicate effectively and manage organizational change.

Strong capabilities in risk management and contingency planning.

Work Environment:
- Hybrid environment. Most responsibilities of this job will be handled from the office. Travel: 10% of the time
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation band for this position is $124,000 - $148,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
