Job Title: Qualified Mental Health Practitioner – Mental Health Teams
Location: London
Rate: £29 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Mental Health Practitioners to join Mental Health Teams based in London.
Responsibilities:
You will provide high-quality assessment and intervention to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, promoting recovery and independence to identify appropriate pathways and treatment plans with service users. You will be involved in care planning, care coordination, and managing a caseload in accordance with the Care Programme Approach (CPA). You will perform psychosocial interventions, conduct risk assessments, and support Adult Safeguarding. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), actively participate in, and contribute to supervision and team meetings. You will maintain a personal awareness of legislation, policies, and procedures, particularly those relating to the Care Act, The Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding, and self-directed support to apply a strong evidence base to ensure consistency and a high quality of service delivery.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have post-qualified registration in a core profession at degree level, such as Social Work England (SWE), Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Additionally, you need to be eligible to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence if the role is community-based.
