Senior Practitioner – Fostering Team

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Fostering Team based in Southend.
As a Senior Practitioner in the Fostering Team you will be managing complex and sensitive cases while providing expert guidance and professional consultation to colleagues and partner agencies.
This is a perfect opportunity for an established social worker to flourish in a Ofsted rated GOOD local authority.

Essential requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Completed your ASYE
- Evidence of continuing professional development including management skills training, knowledge of fostering regulations and national minimum standards.
