Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Locality
Location: West Lothian (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £38 per hour
Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Adult Locality Social Worker on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality care and support to adults within the community.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver assessments, care planning, and risk management under Self Directed Support and Adult Support and Protection legislation.
- Provide tailored information, advice, and support to service users and carers.
- Develop and coordinate outcome-focused care packages with internal and external providers.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in supervision, training, and team duties.
- Promote independence, choice, and empowerment while identifying and reporting unmet needs.

Qualification and Experience:
- SSSC registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
