Location: Reading (Flexible hours)
Pay Rate: £40 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a short-term Single Handed Care Project in Reading. This is an opportunity to lead a project focused on smarter, safer care and improved outcomes for service users and carers.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Reviewing double-up care packages to identify opportunities for single-handed care
  • Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
  • Liaising with care providers and equipment services
  • Promoting safe, dignified, and efficient care delivery

You’ll work alongside another experienced OT and receive support and supervision from our Lead Moving & Handling OT. We’re flexible on working hours and open to negotiation on the hourly rate - full-time or part-time considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Has strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
  • Enjoys collaborative working and driving service improvement
  • Wants to make a real difference in promoting independence
