Location: Blackburn with Darwen (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £41 per hour
Contract: Part-time | 3 days per week

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client’s Children’s Disability & SEND Services team in Blackburn with Darwen.
Join a brand-new Occupational Therapy team in Blackburn with Darwen, created in partnership with the Children’s Disability Service and SEND Services. This is a unique opportunity to help shape an innovative service that supports children and young people across the borough.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a Locum Occupational Therapist, you’ll work closely with an OT and OT Assistant, contributing to the Disabled Facilities Grant operational group. Your work will include:

• Home and school equipment assessments
• Property adaptations
• Holistic, child-centred interventions

This role is hybrid, but involves home visits, so flexibility and travel are essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Paediatric experience preferred (assessments, equipment reviews)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to 3 days per week (flexible on which days)
• Passion for supporting children and continuous learning
