Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £32 per hour
Contract: Full-time

Job Description: 

Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Gateway Service team in Hertfordshire. In this role, you’ll support residents through strength-based interventions that promote independence and wellbeing. What will your responsibilities be?

• Conducting generic assessments and designing personalised enablement programmes
• Promoting independence through minor and major home adaptations
• Reviewing moving and handling needs and providing specialist equipment
• Working collaboratively with carers and health professionals
• Supporting smart working with access to laptops, smartphones, and touchdown spaces

Qualifications & Experience:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in adult social care and enablement approaches
• Confident working independently across community settings
• Car driver with access to a vehicle preferred
