Pay Rate: £37.11 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join its client's dedicated team within a Special School setting in Kingston & Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people with diverse needs, supporting their independence, participation, and wellbeing.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to create tailored therapy plans.
- Recommend and prescribe specialist equipment and adaptations to support functional independence in the school environment.
- Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and provide clear, evidence‑based reports.
- Support staff training and development to embed therapeutic strategies into daily routines.
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure outcomes remain child‑centred and effective.

Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience.
- Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor skills development, and functional assessments in children.
- Experience working in schools, community, or paediatric healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to inclusive practice.
