Job Title: Social Worker - First Response Team
Location: Trafford 
Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its client’s First Response Team in Trafford.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Respond promptly to referrals and undertake initial assessments of children and families.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure timely interventions.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in line with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and maintain accurate case records.
  • Participate in duty rota and manage urgent cases effectively.
  • Engage with families to develop plans that address identified needs and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and best practice standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
