Pay Rate: £27 

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team, based in Tyneside.

What will your responsibilities be? 

  • Carry out needs assessments: Undertake Care Act assessments to identify the support requirements of adults with learning disabilities.
  • Develop and review care plans: Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary professionals to create tailored support packages that promote independence and well-being.
  • Safeguard and advocate: Ensure adults with learning disabilities are protected from harm, while promoting their rights, choices, and access to services.

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

  • Social Work England registration 
  • Eligible to work in the UK 
  • Hold a full UK driving licence 
  • Post-qualified experience 
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
