Senior Practitioner - Referral & Assessment

Liquid Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join the Referral and Assessment Team in Kingston upon Thames.

Salary: Up to £52,194 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 Welcome Bonus + £3,000 Market Supplement

About the Role

As a Senior Practitioner in the Referral and Assessment Team, you will:

• Lead on complex assessments and interventions for children 

• Provide high‑quality, child‑centred practice that promotes safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes

• Contribute to team management, deputising for the team leaders and potentially supervising work of an ASYE or students

• Work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and multi‑disciplinary teams

• Model best practice and support continuous improvement across the service

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant Social Work qualification

• Completed ASYE

• Active Social Work England registration
