Senior Practitioner - Referral & Assessment
Liquid Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join the Referral and Assessment Team in Kingston upon Thames.
Salary: Up to £52,194 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 Welcome Bonus + £3,000 Market Supplement

About the Role
As a Senior Practitioner in the Referral and Assessment Team, you will:

Lead on complex assessments and interventions for children
-
Provide high‑quality, child‑centred practice that promotes safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes
-
Contribute to team management, deputising for the team leaders and potentially supervising work of an ASYE or students
-
Work collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and multi‑disciplinary teams
-
Model best practice and support continuous improvement across the service
Qualifications & Requirements

Relevant Social Work qualification
-
Completed ASYE
-
Active Social Work England registration
