Adult Social Worker – Locality Team

Salary: £38,476 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus + £3,000 Retention Bonus

About the Role

As an Adult Social Worker in the Locality Team, you will:

• Work directly with adults to understand their wishes, feelings, and desired outcomes

• Deliver strengths‑based, relationship‑focused practice

• Complete high‑quality assessments and develop person‑centred, outcome‑focused plans

• Manage a varied caseload with regular reflective supervision

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation, research, and best practice

• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi‑agency partners

Requirements

• A recognised Social Work qualification

• Completed ASYE

• Active Social Work England registration

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
