Social Worker - Integrated Urgent Care

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Social Workers to join its client’s Integrated Urgent Care Team, based in Tameside.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Completing rapid response assessments for adults in crisis to determine risk, mental capacity, and immediate safety needs
• Coordinating short‑term interventions with health partners, crisis services, and community support to stabilise situations and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions
• Managing urgent safeguarding enquiries by gathering information quickly, implementing protection measures, and ensuring safe discharge or follow‑up planning

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
