Social Care Worker - Children's Mainstream Residential
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Care Worker for its client's Children's Mainstream Residential at Cavan, Ireland.
Our client is seeking a committed and compassionate Social Care Leader to provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Guide and support a team of Social Care Workers to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Social Care Manager to build a positive, nurturing environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible).
- Full, clean manual driving licence.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at Social Care grade
- Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla standards and trauma-informed practice
