Social Care Leader - Disability Services

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Care Leader for its client's Disability Services team at  Westmeath, Ireland. Our client is seeking a committed and compassionate Social Care Leader to provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Guide and support a team of Social Care Workers to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Social Care Manager to build a positive, nurturing environment.
• Contribute to team development and the smooth operation of the service.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible).
• Full, clean manual driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at Social Care grade 
• Strong understanding of HIQA/Tusla standards and trauma-informed practice
