Social Care Occupational Therapist
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Care Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and transformative Adult Social Care team in Kirklees. This role forms part of an exciting 12‑month transformation project, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact within the community.
You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality functional assessments, promoting independence, and supporting residents through strengths‑based, outcome‑focused practice.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Carry out Care Act assessments to identify needs and promote independence.
- Complete assessments and recommendations under Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) legislation.
- Provide professional guidance on equipment, adaptations, and environmental modifications.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with statutory requirements.
