Social Worker – Family Support

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker/Senior Practitioner to join a Family Support & Safeguarding Team based in Oxfordshire.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading complex cases using a multi-disciplinary safeguarding model
- Managing your own caseload and supporting statutory planning
- Providing guidance and support to junior members of staff
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Social Work and active Social Work England registration
- Minimum of two years’ post-qualified experience and completion of the ASYE
- Confident communication skills with strong knowledge of legal frameworks and policy
- Good understanding of safeguarding practice, relevant legislation, guidance, policies, procedures, and the values and principles of Family Support & Safeguarding
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
