Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Reablement Team in Southampton on a short-term contract. This role offers a great opportunity to support adults in regaining independence and remaining safely in their own homes.

What will your responsibilities be?

Delivering functional OT assessments, care planning, and reviews
Supporting individuals and carers to maximise independence
Recommending equipment and home adaptations
Working closely with health and social care professionals
Supervising OT assistants/students where required
Maintaining accurate, compliant records

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy (WFOT recognised)
Community or social care experience
Strong assessment, communication, and prioritisation skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload
