Occupational Therapist
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client based in London.
Team:
Locality‑based multi‑disciplinary team delivering integrated community health and adult social care
Caseload:
Approximately 4 cases per week
Case Mix:
Complex and standard Occupational Therapy cases
Interviews:
As soon as possible
What will your responsibilities be?
You will deliver holistic, person‑centred Occupational Therapy interventions, supporting adults with a range of health conditions and disabilities. Responsibilities include:
- Completing complex OT assessments, support planning, and reviews
- Assessing for and specifying major adaptations, including reading plans, sketches, and technical specifications
- Recommending and reviewing simple and complex equipment and providing instruction on safe use
- Undertaking manual handling assessments
- Managing and prioritising a varied caseload autonomously
- Working closely within a locality‑based, multi‑disciplinary team

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Strong experience with major adaptations, specialist equipment, and manual handling
- Experience completing complex OT assessments within a multi‑professional setting
- Good understanding of social care and housing legislation
- Ability to manage, prioritise, and progress complex cases independently
- Experience with OT duty work
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
