Occupational Therapist – Manchester City‑Wide Team
Liquid Personnel is supporting our client in Manchester in recruiting a motivated and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join their city wide service. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys making a real impact on outcomes for local residents.
You’ll be working across Manchester, completing functional assessments, planning effective interventions, and collaborating closely with Reablement Support Workers to deliver timely, person centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality functional assessments using a restorative or rehabilitation focused approach
- Recommend and coordinate equipment and adaptations
- Set clear, meaningful goals with service users
- Work effectively under pressure to achieve positive outcomes in a timely manner
- Engage collaboratively with Reablement Support Workers and wider MDT
- Travel across the city (car essential)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience of a rehabilitation / restorative approach
- Strong knowledge of equipment, adaptations, and reablement pathways
- Confident planning, prioritisation, and delivering work within tight timeframes
- A proactive and positive attitude, committed to supporting Manchester citizens
- Car driver with business insurance
