Occupational Therapist – West Sussex

Liquid Personnel is supporting its client in recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join a strong and dynamic OT service in Chichester, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner who values strengths‑based practice, collaborative working and delivering meaningful outcomes for adults across the region.

You will complete high‑quality assessments, develop personalised support plans, and work closely with individuals, families and carers to promote independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake strengths‑based assessments in line with relevant legislation
• Manage a varied caseload across the Chichester and Bognor area
• Develop and implement person‑centred support plans aimed at improving wellbeing
• Identify eligible needs, personalised outcomes, and appropriate interventions
• Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and community assets
• Use clinical reasoning to recommend adaptations, equipment, and reablement pathways
• Contribute to a supportive learning environment with regular professional supervision

What They’re Looking For

• HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist
• Strong understanding of the Care Act and strengths‑based practice
• Experience completing functional assessments and developing outcome‑focused plans
• Confident managing a caseload within a supportive MDT environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team‑wide goals
