The Role:
- Providing personal care and emotional support to service users
- Supporting individuals with daily activities and promoting independence
- Ensuring dignity, respect, and compassion in every interaction
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For:
- A caring nature and a genuine desire to help others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (QQI Level 5 or equivalent)
- Full, clean driving licence preferred
- Previous experience is welcome
