Occupational Therapist – Community Services
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Community Services, based in the London Borough of Enfield.
This is an experienced OT role involving complex assessments, care planning, and service development, with additional responsibilities relating to safeguarding and supervision.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Undertake complex functional assessments (all ages)
- Manage, monitor and review care plans
- Recommend and arrange specialist equipment and adaptations
- Advise and facilitate major adaptations alongside Housing and Environmental Health
- Chair safeguarding processes and strategy meetings where required
- Provide practice supervision to students and support OT Assistants
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement
Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist
- Strong experience in adult social care
- Knowledge of safeguarding, Care Act and housing legislation
